Tips for a video if you'd like to make one to go with your run:
1. Keep it less than 2 minutes
2. Introduce yourself -
who are you, where are you located, what activity did you do (it doesn't have to be running, it could anything!...yoga, swimming, bungee jumping, rock climbing, going for a hike...whatever you like!
3. Introduce who you are dedicating it to - send a photo or even involve them in the video.
a. Who is he/she?
b. Age/type of dementia (if known)
c. What they mean to you/what makes you smile when you think of them.
